Jim Weaver, Director of Athletics Grants final approval for all institutional policies and procedures regarding camps/clinics.

Sharon McCloskey, Senior Associate Director of Athletics Reviews and monitors insurance documentation and student-athlete compensation.

Grants approval for camps/clinics conducted by the sports of women’s basketball, lacrosse, women’s soccer and football.

Tom Gabbard, Associate Director of Athletics of Internal Affairs Reviews and monitors insurance documentation and student-athlete compensation.

Grants approval for camps/clinics conducted by the sports of men’s and women’s tennis and men’s basketball.

Jon Jaudon, Associate Director of Athletics of Administration Reviews and monitors insurance documentation and student-athlete compensation.

Grants approval for camps/clinics conducted by the sports of baseball, men’s soccer, men’s and women’s swimming and diving, and wrestling.

Chris Helms, Associate Director of Athletics for Olympic Sports Reviews and monitors insurance documentation and student-athlete compensation.

Grants approval for camps/clinics conducted by the sports of men’s and women’s cross country/ track and field, volleyball, and softball.

Tim East, Associate Director of Athletics for External Affairs Reviews and monitors insurance documentation and student-athlete compensation.

Grants approval for camps/clinics conducted by the sport of men’s golf.

Tim Parker, Associate Director of Athletics, Compliance and Governance Coordinates development of the Virginia Tech Camps and Clinics Manual.

Reviews payment to camp employees and provision of discounts to campers.

Lisa Rudd, Associate Director of Athletics for Financial Affairs Provides assistance for the financial administration of a camp or clinic at the request of the camp or clinic director.

Bridget Brugger McSorley, Director, Compliance and Athletics Title IX Implements educational and procedural efforts to reduce the risk of potential NCAA violations involved with the conduct and administration of camps/clinics.

Monitors compliance with NCAA recruiting and extra benefit regulations.

Reviews and approves all brochures and advertising related to camps/clinics.

Pam Linkous, Director, Human Resources and Diversity Management Along with supervising associates who approve leave reports, monitors leave reports for appropriate camp leave usage.

James Torgersen, Facilities Assists with scheduling, reserving, and servicing necessary facilities.
